Hema Group has ventured in manufacturing of alloyed metal - non ferrous such as Copper, one of the associated group companies is manufacturing and supplying copper wire to the cable industry in the Northern region of India.As a backward integration to improve the value addition, Hema Group is focusing on manufacturing Copper Rod from copper cathodes and recyclable copper and would be re-vamping the operations to achieve production of 60,000 Metric tons per annum by 2012-13, as per BS EN 1977:1998 and ASTM-B49-08a.

Hema Engineering Industries d.o.o (Bosnia and Herzegovina): To further enhance the production and marketing of heating systems, Hema Group is setting up a manufacturing facility for the same in Banjaluka, Republic of SRPSKA-Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina has given huge support in this venture and “Hema Engineering Industries d.o.o” will be the first India company to set up a manufacturing unit in this region. |

Project Hema GEJA, Hungary Hema Group and Geja kft, Hungary. In January, 2009, HG took 76% equity of Geja, a Hungary-based company engaged in manufacturing wood fired, fire place ovens. With this acquisition, HG becomes the world’s largest manufacturer of wood fired ovens. |
